Bulk Modify Descriptions

How to do it WITHOUT Supersana:

Open task, copy description, find new task, open task, paste description.. and drive yourself crazy by 🔄️repeating this 10 times. 😫

How to do it WITH ⚡Supersana (quick version):

1. Activate the feature in your Supersana extension menu, the same way as all the other features. (See how to activate/deactivate features)
2. Bulk highlight the tasks you want to update
3. Click the 3-dot menu in the black bulk edit toolbar that pops up at the bottom, and click "Bulk Modify Descriptions"
4. Choose whether to insert text BEFORE or AFTER, or to OVERWRITE the current description
5. Type or paste your updated description and click "Submit"

How to do it WITH ⚡Supersana (detailed version):

First, activate the feature in Supersana: 

1. Click your ⚡Supersana extension (in the puzzle piece icon in the top right of your browser) (click here to grab the free forever license if you don't have it yet)
2. Type "Bulk Modify Description" in the Feature Search, or find it in the "⚡Super-Actions" section.
3. Turn it ON and then refresh your browser tab

Steps to see and use this Supersana feature in Asana after turning on the feature:

1. Bulk highlight tasks needing the update (click on one task, hold SHIFT, click on another task -- to highlight all in between [or hold CONTROL (PC) or COMMAND (MAC) to selectively highlight specific tasks)
2. Click "Bulk Modify Descriptions"
   
3. Choose whether to insert text BEFORE or AFTER, or to OVERWRITE the current description
   
4. Type of paste your updated description and click "Submit"
